Senior Compliance Lead - Build Gambling Compliance

Pentasia is seeking a senior compliance lead to shape the company's regulatory approach in a fast-growing start-up. You will own the compliance and KYC framework for sportsbook and online casino, challenging existing processes and developing policies and controls to meet UK obligations.

You will liaise with the UK Gambling Commission, prepare regulatory submissions, and work with cross-functional teams to embed Safer Gambling, AML and KYC controls into day-to-day operations as the business
