Senior Compliance & MLRO Leader

New Ireland Assurance, part of Bank of Ireland Group, is seeking a Head of Compliance & Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) to lead the Compliance function and provide independent oversight across the group. The role reports to the CRO and collaborates with the Board and regulators to shape the compliance agenda.

The role requires strong regulatory judgement, experience in AML/CFT, and the ability to engage senior stakeholders on complex matters.
