Superior Healthcare are looking for a dynamic, experienced and dedicated recruiter to join the team based in Whitstable to recruit Healthcare Assistants who will support individuals with complex needs in their homes.

The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for attracting and recruiting Nurses and HCAs to meet Superior Healthcare client needs and support with our programme for growth. They will be parachuted into project recruit across Kent, Essex, Sussex, Hampshire and London. You will have the tools to support you in meeting your goals and work alongside a hardworking, like-minded team.

The role is office based and comes with access to a pool care so you can travel to our regional offices, you will also have a laptop and phone.

  • Solid recruitment experience
  • Confidence sourcing and engaging brilliant candidates
  • A full UK driving licence
  • A clear DBS
