Senior Community MH Nurse - Older Adults, Car & Licence

Wight Healthcare in Portsmouth is seeking a motivated RMN-qualified nurse to join the Older Persons Mental Health Team. You will undertake skilled assessments, plan and deliver treatment for older adults with mental health needs, and contribute to compassionate care for patients and their families.

You will work within the MDT, manage your caseload, supervise junior staff and students, and help drive service development in line with national guidance.
