Senior Community Mental Health Nurse - Complex Care & Recovery Lead

Wight Healthcare in Andover is seeking a Senior Clinician for the Older Persons CMHT at Andover Health Hub, Chantry Centre. The role covers assessment, diagnosis, treatment and support for cognition/dementia and over-65s with functional mental health needs.

You will manage a caseload and contribute to the team's duty rota. You will coordinate care with carers and services, supervise staff, produce reports and run clinics as required.
