Senior Community Children's Nurse Lead Holistic Home Care

We are seeking a Senior Community Children's Nurse to join our CCN team in Southampton and west Hampshire, delivering high-quality, family-centred care to CYP with nursing needs in home and community settings. You will lead care planning, training and multi-disciplinary liaison, shaping a responsive service as needs evolve.
