Senior Commercial Surveyor - Roofing & Building Envelope

Kingsley Roofing Limited is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager / Quantity Surveyor to take full ownership of the commercial function across a diverse project portfolio in the UK. This senior role involves cost control, valuations, final accounts, and strong Main Contractor relationship management.

You will support estimating, manage subcontractor accounts, and ensure commercial risk is mitigated across pre-construction to final account. A relevant degree and RICS feel desirable.
