Job Description

Chadwick Nott represents a UK Top 100 law firm in Oxford seeking an experienced Commercial (Projects) Solicitor (5+ PQE) to handle high-value work for public and private sector clients.

You will advise on PFI operational matters, renewables projects such as heat networks and solar, and structure, draft, and negotiate complex commercial contracts. You will also mentor junior lawyers and collaborate with leading partners and clients.
