We're looking for someone who can turn great partnerships into real commercial impact. As Senior Commercial Partnerships Manager, you'll shape the future of Intrepid's partner strategy in the UK - growing our brand, unlocking new revenue streams, and strengthening established accounts.

You'll lead co-branded and white-label opportunities, working closely with our Head of Marketing to execute an ambitious commercial plan. From pitching new business and managing complex accounts to spotting opportunities others might miss, you'll play a vital role in building our presence across the UK market.

This is a full-time, hybrid, permanent position, with two days per week in our Brixton office.

Some of the experience you'll bring:

  • 5+ years' experience in the travel industry with proven ability to drive revenue growth
  • Excellent communication skills, including negotiation abilities
  • People management experience with a collaborative approach
  • Strong commercial and contractual acumen
  • Deep understanding of the UK & Ireland travel trade landscape
  • Experience with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Creativity and curiosity - bringing fresh ideas and thinking beyond the norm
  • Proactive self-starter with excellent project and time management skills
  • Personal and/or professional travel experience to Intrepid destinations is a plus
