Senior Commercial Manager

We are looking for a passionate and experienced manager with sales and operations experience to lead our Co-manufacturing and Own Label business.

The Role:

The Senior Commercial Manager will manage our co-manufacturing and own label businesses. Reporting into head of Grocery you will be the lead point of contact for all related projects, helping set strategy and working cross functionally to execute and deliver our plans.

The Person:

We're looking for an individual who ideally has experience across multiple functions within operations, project management and commercial. Strong organisational skills, relationship building, presentation and communication skills are a must. They will have experience of working on the full end to end product process, from ingredients and production, to selling into customers. You will need to have a strong understanding of managing multiple stakeholders through projects and have a passion for detail! You'll need a track record delivering strong results in similar fields as well as demonstrating a love for all things snacks!

Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships internally, with our product and supply chain teams and externally with our customers and co-manufacturing partners

Take full responsibility of the customer P&L as well as internal forecasting revenue and profit management

Create customer plans and identify opportunities to profitably grow in relevant accounts

Collaborate with our co-manufactures and cross funtional teams to deliver projects, create sustainable growth and maintain accurate forecasts

Requirements:

4+ years of experience across commercial and/or operations functions

Fully understand our end to end supply chain, from ingredient sourcing, procurement, factory production and technical to supplying our customers to develop and execute plans.

Experience of owning a P&L, either directly with customers or through projects

Strong Excel and Powerpoint skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

Ability to work from our London or Nuneaton offices a minimum of 3 days a week
