Senior Commercial Manager - Power & Infrastructure

Laing O'Rourke is recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the team in Chelmsford. You will own the commercial delivery across high-value projects, managing costs, changes and subcontractor performance.

The role involves advising the project team, producing cost reports and budgets, and mentoring junior staff within the Commercial team. This is a key leadership position on major power and infrastructure programmes.
