Senior Commercial Manager - Housebuilding (Bonus & Car)

Fawkes & Reece Group in the North West region seeks an experienced Commercial Manager to lead a team of Quantity Surveyors and Buyers. You will oversee procurement, cost reporting, and on-site resources to ensure builds meet programmes.

The role requires a degree in Quantity Surveying/Commercial Management and prior experience with a volume house builder. A car allowance, pension, healthcare, and bonus are on offer.
