Senior Commercial Lead for Water Infrastructure

Tilbury Douglas is seeking an experienced Managing Quantity Surveyor to lead the commercial management of major water infrastructure projects from Exeter. This senior role focuses on driving performance, managing risk, and delivering financial outcomes across a portfolio of schemes.

You will lead a commercial team, collaborate with delivery and design functions, and ensure robust cost control, forecasting and value optimisation for our water programme.
