Job Description

EY in London seeks a Senior Commercial Lawyer to join the General Counsel's Office. You will advise on a wide range of commercial matters, draft and negotiate complex contracts, and help shape the firm's commercial strategy.

The role requires at least 8 years PQE, strong in-house background, and ability to partner with senior stakeholders. GenAI experience is preferred.
