Senior Commercial Counsel, AI Hardware Deals

OLIX is expanding its commercial legal function and seeks a Senior Counsel (Commercial) to own end-to-end contracting, negotiate high-stakes deals, and help recruit and develop a growing team in London. You will set playbooks, manage external counsel, and shape IP licensing and data protection strategies.

You will work directly with engineers and commercial leaders in a fast-moving, VC-backed hardware company, driving scalable processes and AI-enabled tooling to accelerate business growth.
