Senior Commercial Counsel, AI Hardware & Growth

OLIX is seeking a Senior Counsel (Commercial) to lead and scale the commercial legal function as the company accelerates. You will own end-to-end commercial contracting, lead negotiations on major deals with hyperscalers and partners, and build a high-performing team in a fast-moving hardware tech environment.

You will work closely with engineers and commercial leaders, shape playbooks and templates, and design AI-enabled workflows to scale the function with business growth.
