Senior Commercial Counsel - UK (Global Transport Leader)

SSQ is seeking an experienced Senior Legal Counsel to join its UK legal team. You will act as a trusted adviser across the business, drafting and negotiating a broad range of commercial contracts and providing pragmatic, commercially focused advice.

You will partner with senior stakeholders, support high-value negotiations, and help manage external counsel where specialist support is required. A background in private practice or in-house work is highly valued.
