Job Description

BMS Engineering Recruitment in Manchester is seeking a Senior Commercial Contracts Manager & Legal Advisor to own the full contractual lifecycle for engineered projects, reviewing NDAs, negotiating contracts, governance, claims management and dispute resolution.

You'll work closely with Sales, Engineering, Operations and Finance on complex projects, requiring at least 5 years' drafting and negotiating experience, plus a Degree in Law or Quantity Surveying.
