Senior CMHT Clinician - Older Adults & Dementia Care

A healthcare provider is seeking a passionate Band 6 Community Mental Health Practitioner to join their team in Winchester. You will assess, diagnose, and support older adults with mental health needs, providing care coordination and recovery-focused treatment. The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to manage a caseload, and collaboration with other agencies. A driving license and access to a vehicle are necessary. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:00.
