Job Description

Cisco Meraki is seeking an experienced Escalation Engineer for the Cloud Switching BE team within Catalyst Engineering. You will review complex Catalyst/Ios-Xe/Meraki issues and drive them from symptom to solution, coordinating across Support, Engineering and Product Management to deliver customer impacting fixes and preventive improvements.

The role emphasizes deep troubleshooting, documentation, and effective communication with stakeholders, with opportunities to influence product quality and
