We are looking for a talented candidate with good all-round cloud infrastructure knowledge to become a member of our team, building and maintaining our Azure and AWS cloud environments. - Configuring Azure web and application hosting using IaC (Terraform/Ansible)
- Configuring and maintaining Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) for mobile app hosting
- Configuring and maintaining AWS services (e.g. ECS/EKS)
- Configuring and maintaining Cloudflare CDN/WAF
- Configuring Linux and Windows virtual machines
- Maintaining FortiGate firewalls using Terraform
- Maintaining cybersecurity policies for the organisation (Defender, Entra, Intune)
- Occasional out-of-hours maintenance and support
- 2+ years' previous experience in a similar role
- Microsoft Azure or Amazon AWS (especially for website hosting)
- CDN management (e.g. Cloudflare)
- Management and configuration of Microsoft Windows Server (inc. AD, DNS, IIS and SQL Server)
- Management and configuration of Linux servers (especially Debian-based)
- Networking technologies (Switches, Firewalls, ZTNA solutions)
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, continually evolving working environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Self motivated and delivery focused
- CI/CD (Gitlab/Github)
- IaC (Terraform/Ansible)
- Microsoft AZ-104 or higher qualification
Type: Permanent
Salary: Competitive and negotiable based on experience
Working hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday (Core hours 10:00am - 4:00pm)
Holiday: 25 days per annum, plus public holidays and your birthday
Reporting to: Matt Elloy
Pension: Entry to company pension scheme after three months' employment; employer contribution of 5% of basic salary (on top of basic salary).
Training & CPD: Continuing Professional Development (CPD) training program with allocated training time (at least 5 days per annum) and budget.
