Senior Cloud Engineer

Here at CORUS we are looking for a Senior Cloud Engineer to join our team for an international project.

Location: Remote from Spain.

Main Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain cloud-based solutions using AWS services.
• Implement and manage infrastructure as code using Terraform.
• Develop serverless applications using AWS Lambda.
• Create data pipelines and ETL processes with AWS Glue.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations using AWS QuickSight (optional).
• Write clean, efficient, and scalable code in Python and Java.
• Manage AWS EC2 instances and S3 storage.
• Ensure high availability and scalability of cloud solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver cloud solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud infrastructure and services.
• Administer and automate tasks using Ansible.
• Perform Linux and Windows system administration.
• Demonstrate a proactive and self-sufficient approach to work.

Requiered Skills:

• Extensive experience with AWS Cloud services, including EC2, S3, Lambda, Glue, and optionally QuickSight.
• Strong programming skills in Python and Java.
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC) expertise using Terraform.
• Experience with configuration management tools, particularly Ansible.
• Solid understanding of Linux and Windows system administration.
• Proactive and self-sufficient, with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
