Senior Cloud & Infrastructure Lead - Healthcare IT

InHealth Group Limited, overseeing Preventicum IT, seeks a Lead Infrastructure and Cloud Engineer to own and advance the technology estate across on premises and cloud. You'll drive Microsoft 365, Azure, security and resilience, partnering with governance and architecture teams.

You'll lead end to end projects, mentor teams and ensure robust, compliant services with 2-3 days on site in London per week as needed.
