Senior Clinical Pharmacist

About the role

Lorn & Islands Hospital is looking for a pharmacist who is motivated, forward thinking, and has excellent communication and time management skills. The successful candidate will provide effective, safe, and patient centred pharmaceutical care in a multidisciplinary setting, with experience in surgical, medical, HDU, and ideally oncology & haematology. Strong teamwork and the ability to collaborate across disciplines are essential.

Qualifications

• Post graduate or equivalent clinical diploma/Master's level qualification and independent prescribing qualification. • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
