Job Description

Suppleo Healthcare in Cardiff is seeking a Clinical Manager to lead a medium/large care home, with a £60,000 base salary plus benefits. The role requires an active NMC PIN and a track record of running a nursing home with dementia care focus.

You will lead from the front, guide newly qualified staff, manage care plans, audits, budgets and recruitment, and liaise with local health boards. Mon-Fri, supernumerary but with floor cover when needed.
