will be from £71,694 to £106,188pro rata (Clinical Senior Lecturer scale), depending on knowledge, skills andexperience.

We are seeking to appoint a newSenior Professionalism Tutor based in Devon for the BMBS programme. You will bepart of a team developing, overseeing and maintaining professional standardswithin the undergraduate medicine programme.
You will be responsible forem This includes liaising with the Wellbeing Team and the Director of StudentSupport around health issues. You will also be required to work closely withthe Fitness to Practise Team.
You will need to engage withcurrent educational practice and understand professional identity and theassessment of professional development. The role ensures that professionalismis embedded throughout the curriculum, supports students in developing professionalidentity, and upholds the standards expected by the General Medical Council(GMC).
About youWe are looking for an experienced clinician (fully medically qualified) with relevant expertise in teaching and assessing professional development. You will be clinically active (still within the revalidation period) and hold GMC registration with a licence to practise with inclusion on the GMC specialist or GP register.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in medical education, particularly in professionalism or ethics, and have an understanding of GMC guidance and regulatory requirements. You will have experience of supervision and mentoring in the clinical environment along with experience of assessment processes.
