Job Description

CPL Healthcare in Ireland is seeking a Senior Clinical Leader to fill the role of Clinical Nurse Manager 3/Clinical Lead based in Leitrim. You will provide clinical oversight across residential, respite and supported accommodation services, driving governance, quality, safety and regulatory compliance.

You will lead service teams, support HIQA compliance, and collaborate with regional leaders and PICs to deliver person-centred care and continuous improvement.
