Senior Clinical Lead - Dementia & Elder Care

Highgate Care Services Ltd in Bridlington is seeking a Clinical Lead to work with the Home Manager, providing visible clinical leadership across Beechwood Care Centre to ensure outstanding nursing and dementia care in a safe, homely environment.

You will lead, develop and mentor nursing and care teams, drive governance and quality improvements, and support medication management while building strong relationships with residents, families, and external professionals.
