NHS Fife welcomes applicants for the post of Senior Clinical Educator. The role supports the development of the hubs and subsequent delivery of education within the ScotCOM program, a new 5 year MBChB focusing on community based medicine in partnership with the University of St Andrews.
Responsibilities- Contribute to the design and development of ScotCOM learning components.
- Support teaching that complements placements within the hub and spoke model.
- Help deliver a multidisciplinary approach to teaching alongside a team of Senior Clinical Educators.
- Act as a positive role model for students.
- Background in Nursing, Midwifery, or Allied Health Profession (NMAHP).
The full time working week is 36 hours per week, with a corresponding increase in hourly rate so pay is not affected. Part time hours are reduced pro rata.
Legal & Eligibility RequirementsApplicants must have the right to work in the United Kingdom and will undergo pre employment checks. A candidate must become a member of the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme before appointment.
