Senior Clinical & Counselling Psychologist - Frailty

A leading NHS Trust in Greater London is seeking a Clinical/Counselling Psychologist for their Older Adult Frailty Services. In this full-time position, you will provide specialist psychological assessments, interventions, and support for older adults experiencing frailty and cognitive impairment. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to improve psychological wellbeing and reduce hospital admissions. Candidates must have a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology and be registered with HCPC. Strong communication and assessment skills are essential.
