Position: Senior Client Services and Resourcing Manager

Location: Newcastle Upon Tyne

Type: Permanent, Full-time (37.5 hpw), Monday to Friday

Salary: £30,000 (dependent on experience) plus on-call shift payments of £14.30 per session, with benefits including Health Cash Plan

Overview

We are seeking a passionate and experienced leader to join our team as Senior Client Services and Resource Manager, responsible for overseeing our Central Resource Team across the region, including Newcastle, Northumberland, North and South Tyneside, and Gateshead.

Key responsibilities include managing recruitment, rostering, retention, and improving workforce support services to ensure optimal staffing and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Central Resource Team and oversee the Academy and Out of Hours services.
  • Ensure service commitments are met and continuously improved.
  • Manage budgets, KPIs, and use data and customer feedback for performance and service improvements.
  • Maintain stakeholder and agency relationships.
  • Represent the organization regionally, building networks and promoting services.
  • Develop sustainable staffing models to reduce agency reliance.
Candidate Profile
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Empathy and understanding of customer needs.
  • Experience in housing or care sectors and community engagement.
  • Analytical skills for budget and performance management.
  • Knowledge of housing operations and basic legal understanding.
  • Full driving license preferred.

Additional Details

Flexible working arrangements are considered, with travel across the region. Use of technology for reporting and communication is essential. An Enhanced DBS check will be required.
