Job Description

SiriusPoint, a global underwriter, seeks a seasoned Claims Operations Manager to lead day-to-day claims operations and drive efficiency. You will coordinate with Finance, Actuarial, Underwriting, Compliance, Legal and IT to ensure high-quality support across the claims lifecycle in a London-based team.

The role requires 5+ years in claims operations, strong governance and data reporting capabilities, and a proactive approach to process improvement and transformation.
