Senior Claims Operations Analyst

Chaucer Underwriting Services Limited in London seeks a Claims Operations Analyst to support the Claims department across classes of business, reporting to the Head of Claims Operations and Delegated Authority. The role focuses on process improvement, reporting, and coordination with IT on claims systems.

You will work within a collaborative team to develop and deliver the Chaucer Claims Service, manage external partners, and produce regulatory reports such as Conduct Risk and Solvency II, while
