Job Description
We are recruiting for a Senior Claims Delegated Authority Analyst on behalf of a leading Lloyd's Syndicate.
The Senior Claims Delegated Authority Analyst will support the Delegated Authority Manager, being an initial line of enquiry for Claims Delegated Authority queries from more junior member of the Claims team / Delegated Authority team.
Key Responsibilities
- Responding to internal and external stakeholder enquiries.
- Supporting the on-boarding and renewal of new TPA's and Coverholder's with claims authority.
- Working with Claims Adjuster's to determine appropriate claims authority level for DCA.
- Coordinating TPA audits and performance reviews, utilising DAM where possible.
- Managing audit tracker, including audit outcomes and budget.
- Liaising with Claims Team on TPA and Coverholder audits.
- Preparing reports for internal DA and Conduct related committees.
- Managing and maintaining TPA panel.
- Ensuring all records of TPA and Coverholders are up to date and maintained.
- Conducting bordereau management and reporting including submission into DDM.
Key Requirements
- Experience of managing Claims DA within a Lloyd's Managing Agent.
- Strong familiarity with Lloyds Minimum Standards.
- Strong familiarity of Lloyd's Insurance Company (Europe) requirements for delegated business.
- Experience with handling and analysing data and report creation (both written and pictorial).
- Experience in managing complex contractual requirements.
- Qualified or studying towards ACII.
- Intermediate / Advanced Microsoft Excel / Microsoft Word
- Familiarity with DDM and AiMS.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Competent in SQL would be an advantage.
