Senior Claims Assessor: Lead Complex Claims

Diligenta is seeking a Senior Claims Assessor for its claims department across Bristol, Salisbury or Peterborough. You will assess Income Protection, Waiver of Premium, Critical Illness, Permanent Total Disability and Death claims, making adjudications within authority.

You will manage a portfolio, coordinate with claimants, obtain medical evidence and contribute to improvements while meeting service standards and collaborating with Risk Claims leadership.
