We combine deep expertise with a supportive culture to deliver outstanding results for our clients and a fulfilling experience for our colleagues.Whatever stage of your career you'll find a place to belong, contribute, develop and we'd love to hear from you.Servicing and investigation of claims Prompt and accurate claims handling in full compliance with external and internal minimum standards, policies and procedures Maintains high productivity level to comply with team, group and audit standards Handles claims within authority and seeks and maintains necessary approval from line manager for handling claims above authority Understands that claims is the key concern for our customers and therefore takes responsibility to ensure that we maintain a pro-active and quality claims service for our customers through the lifecycle of a claim Review, assess and control claim referrals on non London Market direct business, raise further questions on bordereau reported claims and agree case reserves and payments where appropriate. Take responsibility and acts proactively. Leads discussions, works effectively and collaboratively with others, including the Claims Team and and/or Antares Global colleagues as a whole.Regular reviews of outstanding claims and maintaining up to date claim records. Ensure claims reserves, payments and cash calls are booked in the system in an accurate and timely manner. Effective knowledge and use of internal and Market systems - ensuring full compliance with ECF policy and procedures (as applicable) Participate in and manage onsite claims audits (for our business) and offsite claims audits (for TPAs) Assists the Claims Counsel in the maintenance the Antares Global "Significant Claims and Litigation Log"Provides technical support to Line Manager / Head of Claims and ensures technical knowledge is updated and maintained Technically competent to handle all chosen classes of business claims Contributes and, where necessary, lead discussions and investigative processes, including reporting to the Large Loss Group on significant claims and losses (as and when required)Develops and maintains good internal and external relationships to facilitate prompt and proper handling of claims, queries and investigations. Effective liaison with underwriters, actuaries, finance, (re) insurance managers and in-house lawyers regarding operational administration, account developments, large loss reporting, legal, economic and market changes. Regular and positive feedback from internal and external customers. Influences others to the benefit of Antares Global. Achieves customer satisfaction. Maintains and develops good working relationships with key external stakeholders, such as brokers and other claims adjusters in the marketProvides information regularly / as requested to support the team / Group Exploits information systems and utilises the experience of other team members Provide technical expertise and support to junior adjusters Ensure all internal controls, for which you have responsibility, are fulfilled.Assists line manager and RI team with RI recoveries Provides a positive quality, level and range of personal contribution to pursuing RI recoveriesContinuous Professional Development Attend LOB specific seminars and coursesTo be aware of and adhere to the Sanctions guidelines Adherence to Antares Global policies and procedures in relation to Sanctions Timely completion of ongoing training in relation to SanctionsTo ensure compliance with Anti-Money Laundering regulations Adherence to Antares Global policies and procedures in relation to Anti Money Laundering Timely completion of ongoing training in relation to Anti Money LaunderingTakes responsibility for own and colleagues' Health & Safety at all times Statutory, personal and Company Health & Safety policy regulations are adhered to.To ensure customers are treated fairly at all times, in accordance with the Conduct Risk Policy and other relevant policies and procedures. Compliance with Lloyd's Principles (as applicable) and Antares Global policies and procedures Satisfactory performance as reflected in relevant Conduct Risk MI.To be aware and adhere to all obligations under GDPR, ensuring that the business complies with these requirements.To avoid breaches and to report them to the Data Protection Officer when they occur regardless of whether electronic or on paper. Adherence to Antares Global policies and procedures in relation to GDPR Timely completion of ongoing training in relation to GDPRConsumer Duty outcomes and management information. Working alongside Compliance and Underwriting ensuring product reviews are performed in a timely manner with information being shared with the brokers/coverholder. Ensuring complaints are notified to compliance in a timely manner. Ensuring complaints are handled appropriately giving due consideration to the interest of the customers and adhering to all regulatory deadlines.
