Job Description

Senior Civil Engineer Building & Infrastructure Projects
Location: Limerick, Ireland (Relocation Required)

Key Responsibilities
  • Design civil infrastructure for a wide range of residential, commercial, hospitality, healthcare, and industrial developments in Ireland and internationally.
  • Prepare planning, tender, and construction documentation.
  • Assist with the delivery of infrastructure projects from concept through to completion.
  • Liaise directly with clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams.
  • Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with ISO 9001 quality procedures.
  • Participate in project meetings and contribute to technical and design solutions.
  • Maintain a strong commitment to continuing professional development (CPD).
Minimum Requirements
  • Higher Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Minimum of 5 years' Civil Engineering experience, with applications welcomed from candidates with 5-20 years' experience depending on qualifications, skills, and overall fit.
  • Substantial experience in building and infrastructure projects.
  • Experience in infrastructure associated with residential, hotel, commercial, or industrial developments.
  • Worked for at least 5 years with one employer where involved in infrastructure projects.
  • Professional registration and/or Chartered status is advantageous.
  • Membership with a recognised engineering institution is advantageous.
  • Proven commitment to CPD.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills; confident in client facing environments.
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, adaptable, and able to take pride in delivering quality work.
  • Overseas project experience, particularly within the UAE, Dubai, Oman, Kuwait, or Saudi Arabia (KSA), is highly advantageous.
  • Experience using AutoCAD Civil 3D, Windes/MicroDrainage is advantageous.

Salary
  • Market related CTC salary, paid in Euros, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
