Senior Civil & Structural CAD Lead (BIM & Revit)

BakerHicks is seeking a Senior Technician in civil/structural design to lead CAD drawing standards and ensure project quality. You will mentor technicians, drive BIM adoption, and push CAD process improvements while delivering precise drawings compliant with UK standards.

The role requires strong leadership, UK standards knowledge, and proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, with Microstation/CADS RC as a bonus. This is a senior, on-site opportunity in the Greater London area.
