Job Description
Senior Residential Support Worker

Location: Trafford, Greater Manchester

Salary: up to £39,000 (depending on experience)

Service: 2-bed EBD Children's Home

The Role
  • Support children and young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD).
  • Lead shifts and support the day-to-day running of the home.
  • Act as a Key Worker.
  • Complete care plans, daily recordings and risk assessments.
  • Build positive relationships with young people.
  • Work closely with education, social workers and other professionals.
  • Support the Registered Manager in maintaining high standards of care and compliance.
  • Promote safeguarding and positive outcomes for young people.
Essential Requirements
  • Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
  • Previous experience within children's residential care.
  • Experience leading shifts or working as a Senior Residential Support Worker.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Passion for achieving positive outcomes for children.
