Senior Children's Residential Lead - Mentoring & Growth

Keys Group is seeking a Senior Children's Support Worker in Shrewsbury to join our Children's Residential team. You will work 39 hours per week, including overnights, providing safe, compassionate care and leading a team under the Service Manager and Deputy Manager.

With a Full UK Manual Driving Licence, you will mentor staff, deliver therapeutic care focused on positive outcomes for each child, and participate in ongoing development and training supported by Keys Group.
