Senior Children's Home Deputy Manager - Therapeutic Care

The Esland Group Ltd is seeking an experienced Children's Home Deputy Manager for Bly House in Burton-Upon-Trent. You will lead a small team, oversee daily operations and support the delivery of short-term therapeutic care to young people aged 7 to 18 in our residential setting.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in children's residential care, a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare, Ofsted knowledge, and a full UK driving licence.
