Senior Child Practitioner - Secure Home Lead (Shift)

NPT Pass invites applications for a Senior Child Practitioner at Hillside Secure Centre, Neath. This permanent role is full time (37 hours per week) with shift work including days, nights, weekends and bank holidays. Salary ranges from £37,280 to £40,777 per annum, with enhancements on a rota and a £3,000 secure allowance.

You will lead a team, support young people and ensure compliance with Social Care Wales standards. QCF Level 3 training and ongoing development are required.
