Location:Ashridge House, Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire, HP4 1NS
Reports to:Head Chef
Shifts:40 hours per week, 5 out of 7 days, shift times vary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Chef deParti to join our Kitchen Team. At Ashridge House we cater to a wide range of dining experiences from banqueting to barbequing. We pride ourselves on using local,seasonaland sustainable producewhilst working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. This role will suit a self-motivated chef whohas experience in banqueting in ahigh-volumekitchen.
Responsibilities Include- Produce high qualityfoodto recipe requirements
- Quality control of each dish in both execution and presentation
- Contribute ideas for new menus
- Maintain high levels of hygiene within the Kitchen
Clearly communicate with the Front of House team to ensure smooth service delivery
Candidate Profile- Banqueting experience in a high-volume kitchen
- Experience of working in a fast-paced kitchen
- High levelof hygiene and cleanliness
Must be able to commute to Ashridge House
