An exciting opportunity has become available for a talented Senior Chef de Partie who is ambitious and ready to progress into a Junior Sous or Sous Chef position within 6-12 months.
This role is ideal for a motivated chef looking to develop their career within a highly regarded luxury hospitality environment, working as part of a small, focused kitchen team producing refined, modern fine dining cuisine.
SalaryStarting from €35,000 per annum
Guaranteed tips paid monthly
Clear progression to Junior Sous / Sous Chef within 6-12 months
Subsidised accommodation available (ideally suited to candidates with a car)

The position is based within a boutique, family-owned luxury hotel with 20+ bedrooms, located in one of Ireland's most scenic regions.
The property features a highly acclaimed fine dining restaurant offering an intimate service with approximately 40 covers, alongside a bar serving light lunches, afternoon tea (Thursday-Sunday) and breakfast for hotel guests.

The successful candidate will:
Work closely with the Head Chef and senior kitchen team
Take responsibility for running a section to a high standard
Contribute to a seasonal, ingredient-driven menu
Support the development of junior team members
Progress into a leadership role within the kitchen
Strong experience as a Chef de Partie or Senior Chef de Partie
Background in quality-driven kitchens or fine dining
Passion for seasonal produce and modern cooking techniques
Ambition to develop into a Sous Chef role
Strong organisation, teamwork and attention to detail
