Senior Chef de Partie - Lead in High-Energy Kitchen (40h)

Select Appointments is seeking a Senior Chef de Partie for a busy, high-volume kitchen in the UK. This hands-on role requires leading by example and delivering consistently high-quality dishes.

You'll run your section, prepare and cook fresh food to a high standard, support the wider team, maintain food hygiene, assist with stock and waste, and mentor junior chefs. 40 hours/week at £15/hour, with evenings and weekends required.
