About the Role
A key Irish statutory body is undergoing a major expansion due to new European regulatory requirements. To guide the organisation through this period of structural growth and change, a temporary transformation office is being established.
We are seeking a Senior Transformation Programme Manager to build and lead this function. You will design the governance, processes, and change management frameworks required to deliver multiple high-impact projects, including organizational structure reviews, accommodation planning, and strategic workforce expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish the Function: Build and operationalise the change management office, including its operating model, standards, and reporting mechanisms.
- Portfolio Oversight: Maintain an integrated view of all major transformation workstreams, tracking risks, dependencies, milestones, and strategic alignment.
- Leadership Reporting: Provide executive dashboards, data-backed insights, and decision support directly to senior leadership and board members.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with internal functions (HR, IT, Finance, Communications) and external consultants to ensure seamless execution and stakeholder engagement.
- Capability Building: Embed long-term change capabilities within the business and transition new processes into core operations.
- Experience: 5+ years driving complex, large-scale organizational change and transformation initiatives.
- Framework Setup: Demonstrated success in designing and setting up project management offices or transformation frameworks from scratch.
- Stakeholder Management: Exceptional track record of advising executive-level leadership and managing complex risk and benefits realization.
- Sector Experience: Prior experience within a public sector, regulatory, or semi-state environment.
