Senior Catering Manager - Corporate Dining (Mon-Fri)

Thomas Franks Ltd, Hucknall, is seeking a Chef Manager to lead the on-site catering operation. You will manage the day-to-day production, service and staff, ensuring high standards and alignment with client expectations and budgets.

You will also oversee monthly and annual P&L reporting, develop dining offers, and drive continuous improvement in food quality and customer service. This is a full-time, permanent role with 40 hours per week.
