Senior Caseworker: Employment & Recovery Pathways

Broughton Group is seeking a Senior Caseworker based in Bexley to provide high-level support to individuals with complex needs, particularly those with a history of substance misuse. You will work collaboratively within the Skills and Employment team, managing a caseload and organizing activities aimed at helping clients achieve sustainable employment.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with socially excluded unemployed individuals, delivering creative programs and assessments. An immediate start is required for this full-time position.
