Senior Carer Team Leader - Inspire & Guide Care

Abbeyfield Living Society in Honiton is seeking a dedicated Care Team Leader to oversee the health, care and social needs of residents on shift. You will prepare, implement and review personal care plans, including administering medication.

You will supervise, coach and develop other team members and liaise with families, residents and care staff to ensure residents' needs and wishes remain at the centre of the care provided. As the senior carer on shift, you take the lead during emergencies.
