Senior Care Team Leader Elevate Resident Care

Abbeyfield Living Society is seeking a dedicated Care Team Leader to join Abbeyfield House in New Malden. You will act as Senior Carer on shifts, coordinate care plans, supervise staff and ensure high-quality care for residents, with shifts 08:00-20:15, 3 days a week.

Eligibility includes UK work rights and an Enhanced DBS; a Level 3 Health and Social Care qualification is preferred or a commitment to achieving it. A rewarding role with competitive pay and benefits.
